This easy meatloaf recipe uses 4 ingredients and takes 5 minutes to prepare. Boxed stuffing mix and a ketchup glaze give it lots of flavor.

2 sliced of ketchup glazed meatloaf on a plate with 2 sides.

Stuffing Meatloaf

A box of stuffing mix is basically just seasoned dried bread. So, It’s perfect for making a quick and easy meatloaf.

There are many different flavors of boxed stuffing mix. I chose Stove Top traditional sage stuffing. But, any flavor would work.

So fun and very easy breezy to make. I made it with my 10 year old grandson. His favorite part was the incorporating of ingredients to meat. After mixing all ingredients by hand. Was so fun to make and it’s one of his favorite meals. I need to get him his own apron.
    Thank you
