Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese softened
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar packed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 12 oz. jarred caramel sauce
- 1/3 cup caramel apple toppings (chopped nuts, sprinkles, chopped candy, etc.)
- 5 medium apples sliced
Instructions
- Add the softened cream cheese, brown sugar, and vanilla to a large mixing bowl.
- Mix until smooth.
- Transfer the cheesecake mixture to a shallow dish, like a pie plate. Spread it out in an even layer. If your cheesecake is very runny, put it in the freezer for 2-3 minutes to firm up a little.
- Top the cheesecake with caramel sauce. Spread it out in an even layer.
- Sprinkle your favorite caramel apple toppings onto the caramel.
- The dip can be served immediately, or place it in the refrigerator for an hour to firm up.
