How To Make Caramel Apple Dip

  • Add softened cream cheese to a mixing bowl.
  • Add brown sugar and vanilla extract.

  • Mix until smooth.
  • Pour the cheesecake mixture into a shallow dish (like a pie plate).

How To Store

Store leftover dip covered in the refrigerator for up to three days. If you have leftover sliced apples, coat them in a little lemon, lime, or orange juice to help prevent them from turning brown. Store them in a sealed container in the refrigerator.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar packed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 12 oz. jarred caramel sauce
  • 1/3 cup caramel apple toppings (chopped nuts, sprinkles, chopped candy, etc.)
  • 5 medium apples sliced

Instructions

  • Add the softened cream cheese, brown sugar, and vanilla to a large mixing bowl.
  • Mix until smooth.
  • Transfer the cheesecake mixture to a shallow dish, like a pie plate. Spread it out in an even layer. If your cheesecake is very runny, put it in the freezer for 2-3 minutes to firm up a little.
  • Top the cheesecake with caramel sauce. Spread it out in an even layer.
  • Sprinkle your favorite caramel apple toppings onto the caramel.
  • The dip can be served immediately, or place it in the refrigerator for an hour to firm up.
  • Serve with sliced apples for dipping.
